I used docmj for a telehealth appointment the video visit worked well. The connection was mostly solid, aside from one little laggy moment that lasted about a minute, but it didn’t really affect anything. Logging in was simple enough too. It’s not flawless, but for an online doctor visit, it was actually a lot better than I figured it would be.

Customer service was okay overall. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it did take longer than I expected to hear back, and I ended up sending a follow-up. Once someone did reply, they were friendly and answered my question clearly, so I appreciated that. I think when you’re dealing with appointment details, the timing matters because you’re trying to plan around it. In the end, it all worked out, but the experience felt average and could have been better with a quicker response.

He actually listened to what I was saying and explained everything in a way that was simple to understand. The whole appointment felt comfortable and went really smoothly. Definitely a 5-star experience!!

For something advertised as convenient, it didn’t exactly feel effortless. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t really describe it as easy either

I had to cancel my appointment i was kind of expecting the refund to be a hassle. Part of me figured they might drag it out a bit hoping I’d just drop it, especially since it took a few days and I had to follow up once. But to be fair, they did end up processing it exactly like they said they would. It wasn’t totally smooth, but support was polite and the money came back. Not perfect, but fair enough. 4 stars from me.

The only downside was that the receipt didn’t show up right away, and once it did, the wording was a little confusing. I ended up reaching out to support just to make sure everything was correct. Not a huge problem, but the billing details could be easier to understand
